1. Get priority when attending an event since we only have limited seats.
2. Lower event fees than non-members by at least 50%, we may charge non-member 2x price higher than member for attending an event.
We are combining speed dating and match-making into one event. Most events out there offer either speed dating which comprise a huge age range from young to old people or match-making service in one to one meet-up.
We select members based their requirements such as age range and then group them into one coffee meet-up event. Therefore, members don’t feed the awkward of meeting one to one or meeting people out of their age requirements. In addition to that, members have the opportunity to meet many people at a time instead of one person at a time in one to one match-making service.
Virtual coffee meet is a meet-up event via Google Meet or Zoom. We will arrange 5 t0 10 men and 5 to 10 women per session. Each session is two hours.
For the time being, it is a group meet-up. We may split to one to one chat in future.
As of this time, it is for a non-profit. It is totally free to register as a member.
However, there will be a small charge for coffee meet-up in order to:
– Prevent non-serious members from simply registering and never showing up for the coffee meet-up
– Cover the website, web hosting, and web maintenance cost
– Cover the admin, organizer, and event co-hosts’ cost when organizing the events
– Cover the admin cost of maintaining membership
– Cover advertising and whatever expenses needed to get more members, etc.
However, we will make it between RM 30 to RM 50 for each general coffee meet-up (member price) and there is no obligation for you to join any event by registering your membership here. You can terminate your membership at any time and the information will be auto deleted from our server.
There will be two types of people registering for an event:
– Members who we have verified their age.
– Non-members whom we don’t have any information about them.
You will pay for the price of a cup of coffee or tea (or other non-alcoholic drink), plus a mark-up to cover our costs. We will do our best to make it between RM 30 to RM 50 for each general meet-up.

We will carry out events in KL/PJ, Penang, and Johor Bahru should we have enough participants and event co-hosts.
No. Nobody can see your information except the organizer and the organizer’s admin staff.
It is not compulsory to fill out all of the information. However, due to a lack of information, we would not be able to set a coffee meet event according to your own and your future partner’s requirements. Therefore, you may end up attending the event and wasting your time and money since we only allow limited number of members at each event.
To encourage member to complete their membership profile, we set different fee when attending a coffee meet event. Members who don’t complete their profile will need to pay higher than those who completed their profile.

No. This is a serious life-partner seeking event. Thus, we need to ensure that all participants are serious in attending the event.
2.30 – 3.00 pm : Attendance sign-in. Those who come early can mingle with others.
3.00 – 3.30 pm : Ice Breaking Activity
3.30 – 4.30 pm : One to One Chatting
4.30 – 5.00 pm : Coffee and tea session. You will be free to chat with whomever you feel like you have chemistry with.
Yes, you can privately complain about a member by using the Contact Us form. The main organizer will go through the complaint and will keep it private and confidential.
You can complain about a member if you think that he/she:
– Is married
– Is not sincere about finding a life-partner
– Is using the coffee meet-up to promote their businesses
– Is a potential crook
– Is lying about their age or other information
– If there is anything else that you think we should know.
Yes, you can do it by logging into your membership area. There is information that cannot be edited, such as Marital Status and Gender. However, if you make a mistake, you can contact us for an amendment by filling out the Contact Form.
You can ask your friend to register their attendance with us and quote your name as a referral. No walk-in members or member’s friends are allowed on the day of the event.

During your event registration, you will be asked the drink of your choice.
It depends on the participants. Since we are going to organize according to members’ requirements, the group size will not be big. It could be only 12 peoples (6 men and 6 women) or not more than 30 peoples (15 men and 15 women).
To avoid the hassle of refunding, we will keep it for your next event with a similar cost event (or you top-up the difference). However, this is subjected to giving the organizer at least 24 hours notice before the event. If you fail to do that, the payment will not be carried forward to the next event.
Regret that there is no refund or rebate should you order a cheaper drink.
We will consider this in future for members who attend events regularly. However as of now, the current price of RM 30 is not even enough to cover the publicity costs.
Smart casual. We advise participants to dress nicely and present themselves well.
You can terminate your membership at any time by logging into your membership profile area. Your profile will be auto-deleted from our server.
We don’t do background checking and verification on all participants. However, for registered members, we will do NRIC verification. There will be no NRIC verification for non-members.
Scammers and crooks are everywhere. However, this is a face-to-face meet-up and it will reduce the risk compared to pure online meet-up. Still, you need to be conscious and careful when meeting a stranger and do your own background checking and verification.
